"I reached out to All American because of the very impressive work I've seen done in my neighborhood. I only needed two 6" posts and a gate fixed on my existing fence, a relatively small project. I called and spoke to Tania, who seemed happy to look at pictures and provide an estimate. After 11 days, I received two quotes. I selected one of them, responded, and after 28 more days and no reply, had to call again to follow up. She recalled the conversation, and stated she'd provide a contract. I followed up the next day with an e-mail stating same. After another eight days and hearing nothing, I decided to move forward with another company. If the job was too small, or the company too busy, I would've preferred they just tell me."

"Howard does very good work and very dependable. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish the job because he was called to another site for inspection. The work was completed by a very nice gentleman but he used my trash can to mix the grout and used it for water to spread the grout. Unfortunately, I had to clean my trash can. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done. When looking at natural wood fences, you have several options other than cedar, namely: pine and redwood. Compared to cedar, redwood fencing has a deeper, red-brown color, better durability, and a higher price tag. Metal fences can last over 30 years if maintained correctly. Strong weather, abuse from animals or people, and lower-quality material will all shorten the lifespan of a metal fence. Galvanized metal will last longer because it has a protective barrier. Sheet metal and corrugated metal tend to rust faster than solid pieces like those you see in a split rail fence.
