"Very happy with the bathroom remodel done by Top Remodeling. The team was professional and efficient, completing the project on time and within budget. The new design exceeded our expectations and transformed our space into a luxurious retreat."

"Simply put, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Ryan is adept at both design and execution. He and his team took my ideas and transform my living room! They painted, installed hardwood floors, and built a shiplap fireplace within days, but the craftsmanship is undeniably one of a kind."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"They did a great job remodeling my bathroom"

"Renken did a great job of communicating throughout the process. The design process was very helpful. The crews and company left us with a beautiful bathroom."

"Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"Taylor Made Custom Contracting did a wonderful job remodeling my basement which included new flooring, cabinets, counters, windows, kitchen area, and bathroom. Kevin, Suzanne, and Alan were extremely helpful from start to finish. All of their suggestions were in sync with the ideas I had in my head and Kevin made it a reality. With the current pandemic, we were a little concerned about having people in our home but they immediately put us at ease. Thank you to Taylor Made for doing a great job, and providing a comfortable atmosphere for my family all throughout the project."

"Kitchen Saver is an excellent company. Mike with a help of Brennan did an outstanding job on refacing our kitchen cabinets. KS is the only company in the area that could match our design using a light blue laminate. Others had only traditional color choices. The kitchen looks beautiful, like new! Carol and Dan have excellent communication skills and always promptly returned the calls. If you want to save money by resurfacing rather than replacing your cabinets look no further: call Kitchen Saver!"

"They have remodeled 3 properties for me in Bowie, MD. They have remodeled bathrooms, kitchens, built a deck and converted an unfinished basement to a fabulous modern en-suite. I have recommended them to others who have then recommended them to others as well. They provide design and construction with detailed breakdown of labor and supply costs. They provide great service. They were always on time and my projects were completed within the projected time frame. You cannot go wrong entrusting this company with your project. I highly recommend them."
