Van C came out to our home on a holiday weekend, about 20 miles from his address, and came first thing that morning at 9AM. He worked on our plumbing blockage, and fixed it quickly. I hired Van to connect the natural gas line to my new grill. In a word, he was awesome. Prompt. Thorough. Detail-oriented. Efficient. The overall experience was bad because they disrespectfully over charge me for a service that still had my unit leaking water. I was presented with a deal for $39.99 for a service call, which I accepted. However, the company tried to charge me $600 to repair the leak but not the finishing of the drywall and paint. When I told them that it was too much money, they would not accept any payment below $200 for the service call. We went back and forth over the $39.95 service call voucher I signed up for on Angies list, but they would not honor it. The deal was on there page and they told me they never heard of it. I ultimately had someone else come in and they fixed the leak and all finishing for $550. They were less than this company all together while doing twice as much work. To be clear, my problem with this company is they are false advertising service fees. I don’t expect a plumbing company to do drywall, however I do expect them to honor the pricing they have on their web page. Van Plumbing is a total rip off. I do not recommend!!!!!

After observing and being impressed by the level of thoroughness and professionalism. I asked that he perform yearly maintenance on our hot water heater to flush and drain. I will also be hiring Van Plumbing to repair a leak in a 2nd floor bathroom. Pricing is Fair and Quality is !st Class. You will not be disappointed in hiring Van Plumbing.
