"Very well. The technical was prompt and he installed the film precisely. The entire process took about 90 minutes and we are experiencing less heat inside as a result of the film. One unexpected benefit is that the view from the inside of my is actually clearer and cleaner than before the film was installed. I am already planning to have more windows done."

"Arctic Window Tinting was so easy to work with. Bob helped us select the proper film for our great room windows after discussing what results we were aiming to achieve. He provided an immediate estimate and scheduled the installation for a few days later. Mike arrived on time and worked quickly to install the film. "The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

"Everything went perfectly. Jeremy was fantastic at explaining the process and keeping us updated with the installation. We purchased an Angies list package and we needed an extra window sensor over what was offered in the package. Jeremy went above and beyond and just threw in the extra window sensor without batting an eye."

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
