"DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality materials throughout, not builder-grade. This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. Each time they have done superior work when it comes to: • Doing service properly on first try • Promptness • Letting you know cost early • Neatness of work • Pleasantness • Advice on service options and costs • Overall quality • Prices I cannot recommend DMV Kitchen and Bath more highly. All three times, it’s been a hassle-free experience with excellent results. They’ve exceeded my (high) expectations every time."

"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"The installation of the backsplash and floor tile was done very professionally. Daniel and Javier, the installers did an excellent job. They were very courteous and worked real smart and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the workmanship. Daniel is an excellent installer and has an eye for detail.
Mr. Steven and Mrs. Jennifer, the owners of Chevy Chase Remodeling are great people to work with. Mrs. Jennifer is a very patient and kind women. I can't tell you how many times I had to call her with questions and reschedule the work to be done because of some unforeseen personal things that were happening in my life. They were very accommodating and worked with my schedule. I would highly recommend them to others and if I need any additional work done, I will seek them out first.

"The Simmons crew did a great job with installing new closet storage cabinets within our two en-suite walk in closets. The team arrived at the agreed upon time and immediately set to work on the installation. They laid out protective coverings on the floor to prevent damage. When issues appeared during the installation, they immediately conferred with me to resolve the issue. The installation went smoothly and the closets look great. They did a good job in cleaning up at the conclusion of the work and ensured all excess materials were removed from the site. Demetrius is great to work with, as he is very customer service oriented. This company comes highly recommended. I would definitely hire this company again for any future work."
