"Mr. Thomas, Dwight and crew performed the level 2 chimney inspection (only/no sweep requested) and repaired the brick/masonry of the chimney, including repacing the flue liner and repair of the chimney box. They provided literature, kept me highly informed of status, arrival, appointments, and work progress. They also completed a beautiful job on my neighbor's chimney rebuild/replace. The work looks really great and it is apparent that Mr. Thomas, Dwight, and the masonry crew take pride in their workmanship and quality. The job was completed within 2 days and so far, everything is looks fantastic. Waiting for a cool day to crank up the fireplace. They also provided a professional lamination card and pen for reminders of next year's chimney sweep. I only slightly hit the value as I would have loved the inspection price to be part of the repair and the receipt, but overall, great experience, great A+ rating on BBB and both licensed and bonded. "A Racoon was coming down the chimney and into the house. I hired Finest Chimney to install a chimney cap. FC arrived at the scheduled time and installed the cap in just a few minutes. The cap is stainless steel and won't rust, He also showed me pics he took while on the roof that showed where the racoon was nesting in the gutter. I hired them to clean my exterior dryer vent cover and remove it since I was constantly having issue of lint building up on it. I had them install a new NO-PEST VENT, Exclusive Dual Door Dryer Vent Cover so I wouldn't have issue of lint building up and they knew exactly how to adjust it to fit properly and installed it perfectly. They made sure to put sealant all around edges and went back up ladder to cover the screw holes from the previous cover with sealant as well.
