When the saw I was missing some components for the microwave installation, they took it upon themselves to go out and find the right components for me so I didn't need to worry about it. They came back promptly the next morning, and were able to install my microwave. and it looks GREAT!! Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list.
