I had a hot tub that has been sitting on my deck for years and was out of use. I was looking for a pro to disassemble and haul the tub away. I made contact with Jeremy of J4 Outdoors. Jeremy is a consumate pro. We agreed on a time and price He showed up on time . Did a fabulous job with his crew. He was honest and very fair in pricing. I had to pay him more than he quoted because he went above and beyond and I was super impressed.Jeremy is a genuinely nice guy.Cracked me up with jokes.Very friendly.Cleaned up after they were done.I think J4 deserves 10 stars. I can’t thank Jeremy enough for the excellent work he completed today. I requested to have a piece of furniture removed and needed it done ASAP. Jeremy was there in no time and disassembled the furniture in a timely manner. He’s very friendly and professional, and has great rates.

All I needed was pellets for my pellet stove. Simple request you would think. But here is why I will write this review for perspective that we all typically over look. I am somewhat off the beaten path and a box store wanted to charge me more to deliver a pallet of pellets than what the pellets themselves cost. I sent J4 a message just to see what my options were. All I asked was to have delivered to my driveway. Jeremy said not a problem and could have them to me on the day I asked. Here is the perspective. Weather was coming before that, I reached out and mentioned if Jeremy wanted to beat the weather he can deliver sooner if he could. Within an hour and half he is was on his way. He asked if I still wanted them in driveway and said yes. I said yes as I needed to take down around the back of my house which is a tough task on my access road. Well he surprised the heck out of me and got to the back. When I met him out back I told him he can slide the pallet anywhere in the yard as I was going to carry them in the basement later on. He took out a knife, cut the wrapping off and asked where he wanted me to put them. Jeremy without question, without asking anything more than what was discussed went way above and beyond. This speaks volumes about a person's caliber and ethics that we typically overlook. A helping hand is hard to find, but everytime I have went to Jeremy for anything there is nothing less of the what is stated above. Truly a great professional at everything he does and why he has been my first and only call. My perspective and what I have taken away to you is when using J4, please keep in mind, Jeremy does not do what he does for himself, he removes a burden and does it for us. What I thought was going to be a simple drop and go, turned out to be so much more. Thank you again to Jeremy!!!

I was so fortunate I found this company. They are amazing and do all home projects and maintenance for interior and exterior. I was referred to Jeremy who is also licensed to remove wildlife from your property. He did amazing job and removed and relocated the fox in a very humane manner. Very pleased. I had some extremely over grown areas that was almost impossible to maintain. So I reached out to J4 and within half a day Jeremy cleared out .25 of acre of brush, shrubs and small trees and now I have less maintenance and yard to enjoy. Thank you J4 and you always be our first call!!
