I then went to their showroom to choose the quartz I wanted (and the sink and faucet) and to schedule the measuring. The laser measuring of my kitchen was very cool. Then the installation was scheduled--counters, sink, and faucet--and it all went very smoothly--even with a run to Home Depot by the plumber for a fitting. I really like that they contract the plumber and that all the installation is done in one day, so there's no down time in teh kitchen."

And ordering was simplified by the fact that they had a fairly complete package price, which unexpectedly included side splashes in addition to the backsplash. They were even up to the challenges of removing the old countertops and dealing with a frozen shut-off valve. Very pleased overall, work quality, time to complete and ease of setup made it ideal. My out of date, 1957 baby blue tub is now a clean white 2105 tub that is appealing to the eye. They came beforehand to make sure which size would be best to fit into a tight closet (the new heaters are slightly wider than the old) because this is a condo, this required a pan and an alarm in case of leakage. They also agreed to repair a faucet handle that I had been told was a huge job involving going through a wall- they found the proper replacement handle and did it efficiently and inexpensively without having to go through the wall!"

"My contractor came by, and took pictures. He and I both are very impressed with the final product. Money well spent and worth every penny. My neighbors actually thought I had new cabinets installed. Both Diego and Carlos are professionals in their field. I only wished that they would have covered the mircowave. When I used it the first time after their work, shavings sprung out everywhere from the ventilation on top. Additionally, there were shavings in the stove as well. Again, if more time was taken to prep, I do not think this would have happened."
