"Romero’s Home Solution provided excellent service. Very professional and courteous. I purchased my shed almost a year ago and had no one to assemble it. Romero advised me of the process and how long it would take to assemble, he was on time and finished on time. Thank you for your services."

"I own a commercial property and the floor was sinking in. This is probably due to the foundation becoming soft and the sub floor beams rotting. This building was built in the 40s. We contacted Handyman on call and he took care of everything including dealing with the building inspector. We decided to go with Handyman since he seemed the most competent. The work took a little long to commence but that was due primarily to the county inspection process. Handyman ripped out the entire floor including the old beams. Unlike modern construction methods, the floor was not a single slab of concrete. Handyman mixed the concrete on-site and poured it there. When the work commenced and there were questions, contacting the owner was easy and he always responded promptly. As the flooring work progressed, it was discovered that a drainage pipe needed replacement in addition to the bathroom needing widening to conform with the American Disabilities Act. There really needs to be exceptions for small businesses to be exempt from this because this forced us to spend another several thousand and more. The county inspector was pretty good in that he inspected the place regularly. Handyman knocked down a wall and merged the two bathrooms into one. The bathroom is now wide enough to accomodate a wheelchair and has hand rails. The new flooring in the kitchen area looks nice. At the request of our tenant, the walk in refrigerator was able to be saved. Handyman was able to keep the refrigerator in place and worked around it. I would hire Handyman again.

Trampoline Assembly questions, answered by experts

You can start by finding playground installers in your area that have amassed mostly positive reviews online. Next, search for the companies on the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) website to see if any consumer complaints have been filed. Once you rule out companies with poor reviews and a history of complaints, contact the remaining options and ask the following questions to find the right installer for you:

  • Will you pull permits if required?

  • Do you offer a warranty?

  • How long do you expect the installation to take?

  • Do you have experience working with the specific playground material I want?

If you want to know from the outset how much you’re likely to pay to install an outdoor basketball court, create a budget breakdown that lists the following expenses:

  • Labor: How many work hours will you need, and what is the average price of labor in your area?

  • Materials: What material do you plan to use, and what is the average price per square foot?

  • Drainage, grading, and laying cement slabs: Do you need to level or prep your area? Have a professional evaluate your property to determine what you will need to pay a contractor to do this work.

  • Hoops, lighting, fencing, painting lines, and other extras: What extras are non-negotiable? Create a list of all of the extras you want your court to have.

Costs depend on equipment size, site preparation, and additional features like soft ground covering.

In most cases, your professional playground installer will put down a playground surface before assembling the fun-filled system. However, you should ask your installer about this service before booking an installment date. Most playground equipment installation companies offer service add-ons like leveling the area, laying down a surface, building a border to keep the surface material contained, and setting up the swing set.

Material markup costs and labor expenses are the additional primary costs of hiring a playground installer over building your own set. Labor costs are typically less costly than some more specialized home improvement projects. DIY swing set construction is less expensive than professional installation but will take considerably more time and effort to perform.
