My name is Nana Camara. I needed a deck built in my backyard, so I went online and found Excel. From the start, the communication was excellent. Thomas took care of everything — he was professional, understanding, and really listened to what I wanted. I didn’t have any cash on hand, but Thomas helped me get approved through a bank, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He even gave me different options to choose from based on my needs and budget. Now, thanks to Excel and Thomas, I have a beautiful new deck and I’m ready to enjoy the summer! I’m so grateful for how easy they made everything. I highly recommend Excel if you're looking to get a fence or deck done — and definitely ask for Thomas!

I wish all businesses were as easy, pleasant, and honest to deal with as Excel. I wanted to expand an existing vinyl fence and add two gates. The Project Coordinator at Excel listened to what I wanted and made some suggestion, but did not try a hard sell for goods or services. He explained in detail what the work crew would do and how the fence would be installed. Out of all the companies I contacted Excel was the only one to provide a written estimate. The price was reasonable and comparable to what other companies were quoting. The workers who responded to install the fence and gates were great. It was obvious they worked together in the past and were comfortable with each other. The supervisor went over everything with me before they started the job. He explained in detail what they would be doing. After the job was done the supervisor walked around the entire project with me, while explaining again what they did and answered questions. They definitely made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Another thing worth mentioning is their office and administrative staff. I made a point to stop by their office one day before the project. I believe the way an office appears and is run tells a lot about a business. Excel has a nice, clean office with very friendly and professional staff. A live person answers their phone, instead of getting an automated message, prompting you to press a number. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely use Excel for future projects.

What a great company to work with!! Charlie and his team worked with us and created a beautiful deck that we’ll enjoy for many years. The quote was very reasonable and the end results are magnificent. Charlie communicated with us daily on the progress of project. It’s refreshing to have an honest, hard working, efficient crew to work with.

Excel install a replacement fence for my neighbor, and you did not provide replacement, instead angling towards my townhouse, taking several inches and placing the fence up against My Home. Excel scratched and bent siding in order to force the board on the fence. They refused To speak with me and refuse the problems. They took advantage of the elderly couple That hired them.

Excel installed an exterior wooden fence for us in under two days. It looks great and really enhanced the way our house looks. We definitely recommend this company.

Excel fencing did a wonder job of installing a wood privacy fence at my residents Will the salesman from excel was wonderful to work with from start to finish pricing was cheapest around the team who installed the fence was very professional and finished the job in 1 day craftsmanship in experience was 5 stars my wife and i are happy with are purchase.

Professional and timely every step of the way. I didnt know exactly what I wanted. Will was patient and responsive. He made suggestions and the result is beautiful! Install was scheduled quickly. No waiting 5-6 months per other estimate. Reasonable pricing. Install was completed quickly and neatly. Couldn't be happier!!

Excel Fencing and Decking was amazing from start to finish. Will came out and did my estimate and helped me figure out what made the most sense for our project. He was very knowledgeable about fencing requirements for when we eventually get a pool in the future. They worked with us on our installation date which we had to move several times because our house was still under construction. When it came time for installation both the deck crew and fence crews were absolutely great. I told all my neighbors when they asked who we used. Don't hesitate to call them. You won't regret it.

The coordinator was punctual and personable. They gave suggestions and showed us brochures to help visualize the look. The pricing was within reason considering the price of everything has skyrocketed the past year or so. The install went off without a hitch and my parents are happily enjoying their privacy fence! 10/10 would recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this company. I am so pleased with my fence installed by Excel fencing and decking. Charlie, the owner, was great to work with and very helpful! The install crew that came out were very polite, hard working and did an amazing job from start to finish! I would definitely recommend this company.

I DO NOT recommend working with Excel Fencing. We used them to install a fence around our single family home. I was under the impression it was going to be built to the specifications as indicated on our plot plan. We’ve had issues arise recently where I believe the fence was not installed to the correct measurements. I tried reaching out to Excel Fencing with no reply. My wife reached out and spoke with Charlie (who worked with us on the build) and he was highly inappropriate with her on the phone, he spoke very condescending and rude to her and accused us of trying to get something free from them. All we asked was to have them remeasure the fence to clarify if it was installed correctly. They flat out refused to do so. They wanted to charge us $200 to come out and measure, something they do for free for quotes. This tells me they know they installed it incorrectly and don’t stand by their product or their customer service. If I had to do it again I would use another company. Their webpage says the job isn’t done until we are 100% satisfied with the job. Well we aren’t satisfied. Poor customer service once they get your money!

Fence installed in 2016. They came on time, were polite and hard working. The fence turned out great. We had some shifting with two gates 4 yrs later. They came out and did some adjusting at no cost to me. They are working smoothly. Thank you Excel.

Excel did a fantastic job from beginning to end. The suggestions made by the owner, Charlie, when he came out to do the quote made a nice difference with the look of the fence. Our timeline was delayed because COVID had delayed the construction of our pool and Charlie was very good at adapting the schedule to be able to fit our needs. The installation crew did a fantastic job with the installation and the finished the large project in one day. They never took a break in order to complete the job. Highly recommend.
