"We recently hired Precision Remodeling to replace our old wooden back deck with a new composite one. Dave walked us through all the options clearly & concisely, as well as pointing out potential issues that may affect the project cost / timeline. The project cost was in the ballpark of what we were expecting, so we confident with the decision. The Precision Remodeling crew arrived on time each morning, left the site clean each afternoon, and the foreman kept us up to date with status of work / upcoming permit reviews / etc. Dave also checked in throughout the project and addressed any concerns.
