During the initial meeting I provided a verbal concept of the porch I envisioned and the grading necessary to correct some drainage issues. They responded with drawings, some cost saving suggestions and estimate in a very timely manner. Work progressed in a very professional manner and was completed as promised and on budget. We are very pleased with the finished product which looks as if it was part of the original home design. The grading and reseeding was well done and all debris was disposed of. The work site was left safe and orderly at the end of each day. I plan on working with Chip in the future and will recommend him to anyone wanting any kind of handyman or home improvement work done."
