His gang hand-dug an external trench, laid in perforated drain pipe and silt barriers and drainage gravel. They repaired cracks in the foundation, dried it, applied a drying rubbery material, then installed a dimpled drainage barrier cloth. They graded the earth around the house to aid rainwater runoff. "Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). My townhouse is the last unit located on the bottom of a hill. I also have standing water in my back yard every time it rains. Howard has very impressive credentials and is an expert in his field.
