We use these guys for a small:/medium bathroom renovation. We were so happy with their work! These guys are so honest, upfront and timely. They answered all my questions, even took extra time to explain things to me. I will definitely use them again for our next project.

I really liked these guys. Great crew. It was clear to me they were highly skilled and they did precision work. I really love my new room. It is bright, sunny and has AC and heat. Lance the owner of the company was totally accessible by text or phone if I had questions. He projected a fair price. He wasn't the lowest and wasn't the highest, but I think I got the best! Lance and the guys paid close attention to every detail and made sure that the work was of the highest quality. We had a sunroom built from scratch by Lance and his crew at Exterior Dynamics. They were fantastic and much more than I expected. You expect a certain amount of professionalism when you hire someone to do a job but they went above and beyond. From being so flexible during the building process to add things along the way, to a few of the guys making recommendations on other things around the house, they were incredible. We asked them to replace our front porch with vinyl halfway through the sunroom build and they gave us a great price as well as had the porch done in under a day of work. Our front door also had an issue and one of the guys noticed it and helped identify the issue as well as gave us clear instructions on how to go about fixing it. You don't get that from a lot of companies anymore and the level of care and honesty would definitely have me calling them back for any other future work. Communication was also incredibly fast when it came to any questions. Can't recommend them enough.

Working with Lance and his company was an absolute pleasure from beginning to the end. He was prompt, honest, and up front about everything. Lance's quoted price was right in the middle of two other contractors and I truly believe he did a better job than either one of them would have. He kept open lines of communication the entire job and even scheduled it 3 weeks sooner than we expected. The overall craftsmanship of the landing and stairs that his crew built was top notch. It was above and beyond what I expected. The thought and attention to detail that were put into the project blew me away. I usually do all of my own work but with two kids, military life, and a working wife sometimes it's just better to pay someone to get things done. They finished the project in a day and a half and I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend Exterior Dynamics to anyone.

The job was whole house siding removal and replacement along with gutter replacement, replacement of a few windows, and new shutters. The work was done with great care and it looks super. Most importantly, when unexpected things were found under the old siding they were addressed properly, not covered up. Lance's prompt follow-up on a few items needing tweaking was quick and thorough. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work, the price, and Lance's patience with a "picky" customer. He added extra value with his suggestions and help with some of the little things along the way. I would definitely recommend Exterior Dynamics.
