 + -1 moreBefore Kevin came out we said we needed the estimate right away. He said he could get it to us in one day. We waited and waited, and he suddenly emailed and said that the insurance adjuster had to approve the estimate before he could give it to us. He knew up front that we wanted the estimate sent to us, yet did not do that. We then spoke with Kevin on the phone, expressing how unhappy we were with his actions, and an hour later he "withdrew" his interest in participating in the job. What a wuss.
Description of Work: Insurance adjuster had Integrity come out to do an estimate on remediation and renovation for water damage to kitchen.
