Excellent service! Would highly recommend thier services!
"Great job. Arrived on time. Made my house look brand new. Good job cleaning mildew from bricks. Mailbox post went from slightly white to bright white. Went the extra mile and washed pollen from deck and furniture. Great service. Mr. Grant was very friendly with a professional attitude about his work. Eager to please. Will definitely use again. I highly recommend."
"I knew our driveway had certainly collected dirt and even some algae over the years which is why I jumped at this AngiesList Deal. My husband took a picture after Mr. Carter had cleaned half the driveway and the difference was astounding and showed just how badly it had needed his services. He was extremely responsive when I contacted him and left a voicemail and the same with with all communication after that. We had to reschedule our first appointment due to stormy weather but he called with plenty of notice and explanation and reset the appointment right away. Our driveway now looks as good as it did after it was first poured nearly 20 years ago. Would highly recommend Tom Carter and UltraBright! "
"They did an amazing job! They were timely and very professional! I would definitely recommend them and will be hiring them again for gutter cleaning and other services this year as well."
"From beginning to end it was all good and hassle free. Lewis replied quickly and scheduled my job within 1 day. He showed up early, was professional and very fast. I would definitely hire him again."
"Once we decided to take our tree down, I contacted a number of tree services to remove it. Ben from Freestate came out within a couple days and emailed me a very detailed estimate (he was delayed in coming out to do the estimate because of an emergency job, but he emailed me to tell me he would be out first thing the next day). The estimate Ben provided was for the tree removal and the trimming of four other trees, and the price he quoted was the 8-hour Angie's List deal. The price was competitive, and he was able to provide me with evidence of their insurance. We originally scheduled for the 31st of July, but his job on the 30th ran long because of thunderstorms that moved through the area, so instead he said he'd come out on Saturday, August 1. He emailed around 8am on Saturday and said he was packing up his gear and they'd arrive by 9. They showed up at 8:45, came to the door to introduce themselves and got straight to work. They did a fantastic job. The job was bigger than I think anyone realized, so it took longer than 8 hours, but they stayed and worked until it was done. They were professional and courteous (moved out humming bird feeder out of the way so it wouldn't get damaged, even though it was a $10 feeder and I don't really care about it). They knocked on the door a couple times to ask question, like to make sure a tree they were about to trim was actually on our property. They swept up all the tree trimmings and saw dust from the sidewalk and road in front of our house before they left. We are very happy with their service and I expect we will use them again if we need more tree service. "
"GPRO performed excellent landscaping services. They are dependable, honest and professional. Customer service and communication was consistent throughout the process. Yes, I would hire GPRO again."
"It went outstanding. I called the company on short notice. I normally cut my own lawn, but had recently been sick, so I was not able to cut it. I called another company and they gave me a quote and time and never showed up. I was really disappointed. I called Atlantic and they gave me a quote and said they could be out to my house the next day. They showed up, cut the grass, and edge it. It was done professionally. The commercial services do a great job. They have high power mowers that don't leave clippings on the lawn. Overall it was a great job."
"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and the young man who came out was very efficient, pleasant and it was a good experience. He came almost immediately after I purchased the Big Deal."
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.
Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.
Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.
Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.
Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.
