The work was good.

He did a great job.  He did the sidewalks and then came back and pressure washed the home.  The sidewalks were amazing they were so clean.

It went superbly.  The concrete looked like new and all the algae and moss were removed from the house.  I was so delighted, I immediately told my next door neighbor who contracted, on the spot, for power washing of two sides of her house.  I later told many neighbors and friends, as well.

The appointment was promptly set, and the vendor showed up on time and finished the job within one hour. He did an excellent job.

Went great! Tom showed up on time, did a great job, and gave advice on other things we could do to make the house look better, beyond power washing.  He knows what he's doing and take a lot of pride in his work.  I will definitely be using Ultrabrite again.

I knew our driveway had certainly collected dirt and even some algae over the years which is why I jumped at this AngiesList Deal. My husband took a picture after Mr. Carter had cleaned half the driveway and the difference was astounding and showed just how badly it had needed his services. He was extremely responsive when I contacted him and left a voicemail and the same with with all communication after that. We had to reschedule our first appointment due to stormy weather but he called with plenty of notice and explanation and reset the appointment right away. Our driveway now looks as good as it did after it was first poured nearly 20 years ago. Would highly recommend Tom Carter and UltraBright!

The owner called me after I left a message . We scheduled an appointment and he showed up early, which allowed me to get to work on time. We spent 10 minutes reviewing the job and scheduled time the next Tuesday,8/6/2013. Again he showed up on time and did a terrific job. We have a lot of trees and the dirt and mold built up over time. One patio consists of red and white concrete blocks which looked great when he finished. Actually I couldn't see the colors before he started. The Trex deck and concrete walkway were equally professionally done. no problems

Provider indicated that he had never done a pool deck before but was game to try.  He did a great job and was particularly careful about not getting a mess into the pool.

Tom arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule.  We introduced ourselves and walked around the house.  I pointed out surfaces on the siding which were covered with pollen and algae, and expressed my concern that these areas would be cleaned. Tom assured me that he could get them clean. He took measurements of the siding and driveway and provided me with a total price He used a sodium hypochlorite solution with a light spray and followed up with a water spray. Tom was mindful of the plants and shrubs around the house perimeter so there was no damage. He worked continuously in a thorough and efficient manner.  When Tom finished three hours later all of the dirt, grime, pollution, pollen and were algae removed and the siding was shining. The concrete driveway which had been stained from a truckload of black mulch was bleached almost white.  I thought Tom did an excellent job and would recommend and use him again.

I'm new to Angie's List and purchased a Angie's Big Deal for power washing with UltraBrite. Within two hours from when I purchased the Big Deal online on a Saturday afternoon, the owner, Tom, called me to set up an appointment. We scheduled an appointment for cleaning on the following Wednesday since I had to take a day off anyway for some window replacement service in my home (which I also chose via Angie's). 
    Tom showed up 15 minutes early from our schedule time. Unfortunately, the contractors for my window service were still busy working with their truck, equipment and windows still spread out on my drive way, so Tom could not clean my driveway. Although I felt bad that he couldn't provide his service that day, Tom graciously offered to come another day when I was available.
    The day Tom power washed my areas, he was very prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. He did a fantastic job cleaning my front patio, walkway, and driveway. He even offered suggestions to remove mildew on some large planters on my patio.
    I would not hesitate using Ultrabrite again and highly recommend them for their services.

Fantastic.  Could not have asked for a better job.  Everything was explained.  He pointed out some areas that needed attention.  Very pleasant and professional.  Would highly recommend!

Got a Groupon deal with Tom. He did a really nice job and got rid of all the algae - the siding looked brand new.
