"This was excellent work. He met with me twice to review the scope of my needs and answered all of my questions. He pointed out the options available to me and was not pushy. I really felt he was my advocate. His written proposal came to me by email a few days later and was clear and thorough. His crew showed up exactly on time, were friendly and courteous, and went over step by step the order and sequence of the repairs. They cleaned up every day and left the work area neat and tidy. "Repairmen came twice. The first plumber was only able to clear the face bowl but did diagnosis the overall problem. A second plumber tried to repair the problem without having to cut into the ceiling below the bathroom. No luck after four hours of hard work. This service person apologized and would not charge for this service as problem still existed and I had paid the first plumber. Work will be completed after the holiday. I did receive an estimate for the work be completed."
