"I requested that Capital Locksmith rekey the lock on my entry door. Prior to agreeing to perform the rekeying service the locksmith requested that I text him a picture of my existing key so he could determine if rekeying the lock was possible. The locksmith determined that rekeying my lock could be done. I was able to quickly make an appointment for the service. The locksmith arrived on time and quickly rekeyed the lock. I had requested 5 keys and he fulfilled my request. The cost for the service was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the services of Capital Locksmith"

"I was told arrival time would be 30-40 minutes. It was much longer (over 1 1/2 hours). But he did a fine job when got there. The real problem was the home advisor system. I had multiple companies contacting me and after I contracted with one, another called and lied, saying the locksmith in route did not work for company and saying he was coming instead. What a fiasco. I was at work and had just had a home break in. It was atrocious. I will not use home advisor again."

"I called several other lock smiths before I found Baldino's. All of them turned out to use the same sub contractor, who I waited for for hours and finally just told not to come. I found Baldino's at 9:30pm that night, and they only use their own technicians on jobs, which immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Beyond that, when I placed the first call, the representative was calm and detailed (unlike the other locksmiths who seemed to barely have time to write down my phone number). ".Chris  came to my house in about an hour after I called.  He assessed the situation and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. 
The door latch was loose and extremely hard to open. He removed the latch, assessed the problem and had it in working order in a very short time.

"GREAT PLACE!  Two years ago, a neighbor recommended Baldino's when I wanted to change the locks on my home.  Their Clarendon branch performed that service (promptly and with great customer service!).  
This time, I needed to unlock a pricey suitcase that I inadvertently locked while I was changing the lock's combination.  I called the manufacturer first.  They suggested that perhaps a locksmith could do it, sparing me the $75 it would cost me to ship it to them for repair.  So, I called Baldino's main line, explained the problem, and they recommeneded Chris at the Landmark location.  They said he was one of their most experienced locksmiths, and they were sure he could handle this. And he did!  Took him only a few minutes. Both Chris and the colleague he was working with at the shop (part time, retired Pentagon guy) were very polite, friendly, answered my questions and didn't make me feel silly for accidently locking the suitcase!  I'd go back anytime.  I'll be sure to use them for any future needs.
