"I am very pleased with the communication of this company. I reached out to them at a job site and met Leaha's their project manager. The properly got me setup for an estimate of services. I did decide to replace 4 front windows. Deposit was easy to make. Windows came in timely. Yesterday my project manager was also Leah who came first advised me what was going to happen, whom was coming and when. My window team came, two great guys that amazed me how quick they got my windows out. They were upmost polite and respectful of my home and myself. Very little dust and they cleaned up everything. My windows were put in 1982 and I had cracks and they were unsafe. This team worked wonders.....new easy to be clean tilt in windows ...even easy for a woman to move. The window guys the caulking is the best Ive ever seen....so sealed and straight. The went over how to remove screens, clean windows. Kudos to the entire team. Project Manager Leaha drove back...spoke with me, inspected"

"Our experience with Garrety Glass has been excellent thus far. We were interested in a retractable awning and had contacted another dealer prior to calling Garrety Glass. The other dealer canceled our 1st appointment and then called the day of the 2nd appointment to cancel again. At that point, we knew we needed someone else that would be reliable. "I've dealt with Garrety Glass a few times. They get the job done. The quality of work is good but they can take a long time and have mixed up a few order of mine. Once it was with scheduling. Another time, they ordered a tempered glass when I just needed regular window glass cut to fit and installed. Another time, they sent the wrong quote. Bottom line: the workmanship is quality. Unfortunately, they will probably waste your time or money."

"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
