"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. "Richard and his crew built me a 500 sq ft concrete patio. Unfortunately, the weather kept delaying the project, but they worked hard to get the job done despite the weather. They stayed late and were flexible with me and my needs. If I had any issues, Richard was quick to resolve and help out. Only thing I would change is that the weather (torrential downpours) made the work site messy, I will need to clean up some of the splatters of concrete on my fence and reprint a bit. But mother nature causes problems like this.

Marvin is very conscientious business man. He showed up when he said he would, worked under some of the hottest conditions imaginable to complete the work as scheduled. When a couple of issues arose he returned and redid things until I was 100% satisfied.
