"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. "Richard and his crew built me a 500 sq ft concrete patio. Unfortunately, the weather kept delaying the project, but they worked hard to get the job done despite the weather. They stayed late and were flexible with me and my needs. If I had any issues, Richard was quick to resolve and help out. Only thing I would change is that the weather (torrential downpours) made the work site messy, I will need to clean up some of the splatters of concrete on my fence and reprint a bit. But mother nature causes problems like this.

Marvin is very conscientious business man. He showed up when he said he would, worked under some of the hottest conditions imaginable to complete the work as scheduled. When a couple of issues arose he returned and redid things until I was 100% satisfied.

"The start date was delayed about two weeks due to weather but once they got going they worked steadily until the job was done. They were here early each morning and left at four. The workers were polite, friendly, and asked questions when they weren't sure about a few things. They left the place very neat and tidy. The slope looks very good. It's to early to tell how much better the drainage is but it is definitely better than it was. They were easy to work with and very dependable and efficient. Would definitely hire them again."

"The initial inspection was thorough and the price was reasonable. The workers were on time and very professional. They explained what they were doing throughout the process and cleaned the worksite when completed. Due to some minor coordination issues, the project took longer than expected. However, I also used the company to fix my front porch which included repairing the concrete slab, replacing 3 iron rails and the wood beams, and painting; this was completed in two days. I would hire this company again."
