I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. We had a little mix-up on the installation date and time but Ken was fantastic and with incredibly short notice he was able to arrange a team to perform our install. They did an amazing job! I'd never used a car detailer before, but I wanted to try the coupon for the 1/2 price service at On the Spot. My car was filthy, the floor mats had essentially never been cleaned before in over 6 years, other than quick vacuuming and washing.  On the Spot did a great job, I was very pleased.  The wax and wash of the outside was absolutely wonderful.  The interior was clean for the first time since we drove it off the dealer's lot.  The did the best they could with the floor mats, they looked a heck of a lot better than they had for years.  The only issue I had was that the detergent smell was pretty strong in the car for several days afterwards.  But it was worth it.

"Have a house with light colored carpet and 2 small pups which makes keeping the floors looking fresh a challenge. The rental machines just weren't getting the job done to satisfaction. OMA did a great job with the cleaning, explaining things along the way. The carpets look great and, in the past 3 months since the cleaning, haven't seen any stains reappear or odd smells that our dogs haven't created anew :) Great value and great service, will use again."
