"Mr. McGavin arrived on time and power washed deck. The deck is well shaded and Mr McGavin asked if he could return the next day to seal deck in order for it to dry thoroughly. Job was completed the next day. The deck is larger than the purchased amount, has stairs to the back yard along with a large top rail; the additional charge was reasonable"
