They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. "Marty who owns Home Deck inc was responded very quickly to the request for an estimate, he reviewed the work and chatted with me so that he fully understood what I wanted. He provided me with several suggestions on how to best repair the deck including options to either go with more expensive solutions that entailed more work but would last longer as well as simpler solutions that would perhaps be good for 5-10 years. He responded to all of my questions with very good explanations and also went over the pros and cons of other ideas that I had in mind. His communication was excellent and he forewarned me of a delay due to the late delivery of some materials. However, he completed the job on the same day as scheduled. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and would definitely use him again."
