The project manager and office manager of Deck Soldier answered all of my questions, but could have done a better job communicating on their own initiative what the crew was planning to do the next day when they left for the day while the job was in progress. All in all, though, we're very pleased with the new deck and I would Deck Soldier an A grade for the job. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for and I would recommend them"

He gave me a fair price and finished the work on time as he promised. He works and his crew are very polite and professional. Every day he greeted us when he came and notified us when he left and asked our opinion about the color of the paint very early in the process. He paid attention to details and did extra work without charge (power washed the drive way and fixed one of the handrail boards of the deck).
