"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. "The person carrying out this winterization is someone I had not used previously as my previous irrigation company dissolved. This individual at Atlantic has over 20 years working with the company and was superb in carrying out the winterization and in one instance where the top of a fixture was missing creating a situation for large leak (that I wished repaired at this time) he found the missing part nearby and replaced it...without charge !! Needless to say...after arriving the morning after I made a request for an irrigation company...with cold weather arriving the following day...I couldn't be more happy with the result and service. I will retain and contract this company for all of my lawn irrigation needs in the future...!!"
