"Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain."

"Sterling came out within the hour and figured out the issue with my sewer drain pretty quickly. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Sterling and Dun Rite drain cleaning."

"We had our washing machine drain replaced, toilet reinstalled and the garbage disposal fixed. Great communication, good prices, responsive and very professional job. I highly recommend Rosiam and his team."

"Patrick did a great job fixing our sink drain. It’s working better than ever."

"Drain was cleared quickly. Very professional."

"Excellent! Sterling was prompt, courteous, and professional in the way he went about the job, explaining each step and telling me up front what the cost of the effort would be. He cleaned the clog and left no mess whatsoever. I would highly recommend his business and would seek his help again for another plumbing problem."

"Very happy with what Rema did. He came on time, analyzed the problem, and cleaned the clogged drain for exactly what he said it would cost the night before. He was careful, methodical, and very professional. He was also very neat and cleaned up as he worked and after he was finished. He will be the first person I call for any plumbing problems in the future."

"Kenny came to the job in Bethesda MD to repair an old leaking galvanized pipe and clean the drain with an auger. He gave a fair price estimate and did a quick and thorough job. Quite knowledgeable and professional."

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"
