Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

Showed up briefly with only a couple of supplies to get the deposit, and then left to "get a tool from another site", and never returned. constant lies about why return to house was delayed only after times had passed and I reached out. last lie was "someone in the office tested positive for covid"."
