"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

"On April 4, 2013, Ballard Enterprises performed work involving 10 trees that needed attention.  The crew started at the promised time and worked diligently and carefully.  One 6 inch diameter dead oak in the back yard was cut down and the stump cut as low as possible.  For two smaller American beech trees in the back yard, Ballard performed a crown thinning to promote light and air penetration and remove dead, diseased and broken limbs.  For five large oak trees in the backyard (one up against the house), Ballard crews performed a crown cleaning of any dead, diseased and broken limbs.  For a large oak in the front of the house,  Ballard crews performed a crown cleaning of any dead, diseased and broken limbs.  For one large American beech in the back yard,

"Finally a contractor that delivered what they promised! Bravo did an excellent job. I got multiple estimates I’m so happy that I went with them. They were professional and a fair price. Looking at my driveway I can tell how much pride they take in their work which means a lot to me since I’m totally remodeling a house a purchased and had really bad experiences with contractors. What stood out the most is it called for no rain but at completion they were about to leave but he actually stayed for over an hour just to see if the rain was coming after it got cloudy he put down plastic. Will be calling them back to do my backyard patio. Money very well spent."
