"The Raven Termite and Pest Control team from Baltimore were outstanding. I called to schedule an appointment for inspection on Wednesday, the inspection occurred the next day on Thursday and the installation of the bird control hardware occurred on Tuesday. "They came out the week I called and did the job in 10 mins. Apparently that’s all it takes so that’s fine. They were supposed to leave a report, according to customer service, but I never got one. I wanted to know the condition of the gutters and did they find birds/debris etc. the only thing they left me was a notice saying there was a problem and to call office. That scared me. When I called they said my gutters were fine but they tried to sell me their $700 soft wash for the moss on my roof. So I guess they did a thorough job on gutters and did it on time, but how do I really know?"

"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable.
