I was not happy with them.

OK. They made a good solution for a problem and returned when I asked for more work.

There were still fleas after the first visit (they had gotten in our basement where there are a lot of boxes, etc. in storage. Home Paramount was very responsive and came out again (with no additional cost) and made sure that all fleas and eggs were killed. Very happy with their service.

They took care of the problem and we have had them service our house periodically ever since then. No more ants!

They did a very good job installing the termite preventatives and other pest control devices. They are also a very reputable company.

Excellent. The Paramount rep was helpful, professional, and informative.

Home Paramount does a good job and they are prompt and courteous. No problems noted.

It went well and they did all the work required. Two different teams do special exterminations like carpenter bees or wildlife vs. the regular treatment so if you have more than the standard treatment be aware youwill have to schedle more than one appointment if both crews cannot come out the same day/time.

At first, could not get them to come out after the first visit where they placed flags where the moles were.
Then they came out 3 or 4 times and told me the moles were gone but they were not. They then wanted to charge
ma again but I dropped them.

We pay a monthly fee of 66.14 to keep this critters out. Because of how bad the situation is they come out regularly to check on the house and make sure everything the critters can't get inside. We are very satisfied with them.

Service rep showed up on time, treated the house for ants and rodents and advised he would return in 30 days for a follow up.
Thus far, both problems persist, but the rep advised it may take a week or more for the nest to be killed.
We will wait another week before rendering a further judgement.

What stands out to me most recently is that they know and remember their customers. They become familiar with your home each visit.

I found that this company has no regard for customers who have to work. For the exclusion service I was to have 4 treatments. I was home for the initial service then out of town for the second treatment. We had agreed that they would just treat the outside for the second treatment. For the third treatment, I called their customer service and was told that my treatment was scheduled for 6 pm. When I got home from work, I found a slip on my front door indicating that the technician had been there at noon. I called customer service again and eventually got a call from the technician. I set up an appointment for the following Monday at 10 am to do the final exclusion service. The technician called me that Monday and told me he was running late and would be here in about an hour and a half. Around noon I got a call from a different technician telling me he would be there in 20 minutes. When this 2nd technician arrived, he wasn't prepared to do the final exclusion step so I asked him not to do anything. Finally a manager got involved and scheduled the final treatment for Wednesday at 8:30 am. A third technician did arrive on time and do a very good job with the exclusion. Had I been dealing with him for the entire process, I may feel differently about the company.

When I called about my treatment for the snake, their sales person told me that, upon home inspection, I had carpenter ants and should get treated. I agreed to this and when the exterminator came he said that I didn't have carpenter ants but I should be treated for spiders. I agreed to an initial treatment, a treatment at 30 days, and then quarterly after that. Again without an appointment, they came out for the 30 day treatment and treated just the outside.

Managers claim that part of my issue was that they were sharing technicians between branches- wildlife and exterminator branches. And no one is communicating. Service might be better if you could deal with a specific branch instead of their 800 service.

I have canceled my quarterly home services and would not recommend this company to anyone.

When we got infested with the stink bugs, even though it wasn't our time yet they came over and worked very diligently to try to eradicate the stink bugs as much as they could, and they did a good job. The other problem we had that they help us with immediately when it started was when we got a lot of Mason bees. You can't completely eradicate them because they will come back, so they spray a certain chemical, and those bees would not be able to go into where they normally go because of the the spray.

It is nothing really glamorous. They will explain to us what they did every time.
