I had 3 other quotes (including a friend of mine) but Mr. Omar's gave me the best quote (and to replace the wood with PVC material!) and he came very recommended from Angie's list. He's also kept his promise to clean up each day (because other contractors around the neighborhood left their work stuff laying on the ground). The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom.
