"Working with Omar and his team was a pleasure. The challenge was to make sure that the window purchased/installed would be sufficiently large once opened to meet the current stringent code requirements for an escape/emergency-entrance window. The previously double hung window would not meet code. We wanted the window to be sufficiently large but not to do wholesale construction beyond what was necessary. Omar came to check the work to be done, returned to re-measure the window again, ordered/purchased/picked up the window and had a expert team of two install it. The workers had to enlarge the window opening, removing some of the cinderblock sections as well as build up the bottom of the window opening with concrete. They also installed a new attractive trim around the window on the inside of the room. During the installation, they also discovered and advised us, that the window well had to be enlarged to accommodate the window and provide an effective egress space. Omar charged only for the materials for constructing a new larger timber and gravel well. The work was done flawlessly, The advice provided was excellent. We were pleased with the transformation of the room. We are very pleased with the total results."

Communication was key for me because it showed he valued me as a customer and he wanted to do the job. The painters were right on time at 8:00 and did exactly what was needed. I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! "Mr. Lazo arrived to give me an estimate on the date and time we agreed to. He walked through and observed the house and wrote an estimate on the spot that was for an amount that was exactly what I had estimated the work would cost.
On the morning they were to start work, a large crew arrived on time and began removing the wallpaper. They removed the wallpaper from the entire house in one day! It would have taken us weeks if not months, to complete the job ourselves.
The crew then began the painting process. They put two base coats followed by two coats of paint on all the walls. I could not find any mistakes when they were finished. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I can not say how pleased I am with the professional job they did. I am thoroughly satisfied. Mr. Lazo called me regularly to discuss things I would definitely use this company again.
