"It went ok. Scheduling was good. They sent two technicians initially, and they were punctual and professional. Something happened with my gas fire logs when they were repairing my chimney and it didn’t work after they were done. They also used a different color cement so it didn’t match."

"We had a clogged kitchen drain that would not drain even after putting a 75 foot snake through it. I called Kelly for a service call and he scheduled me an appointment. Shortly after, he called back to get more details. He offered another solution to try first before he came and charged me. I tried his other solution and it fixed our problem. He even called back the next morning to make sure everything was good and we didn't need his services. Extremely honest and professional. Saved me a bunch of money and was very helpful.
