Although the contract and warranty conditions are clearly stated, within the constraints of these circumstances, Jason did an excellent job in working with me to resolve my concerns - keeping my best interests foremost in his actions and recommendations. As such, I want to make things right in giving him credit for OUTSTANDING customer service! Moreover, VKB as an organization does in fact stand by the quality and workmanship of their product and services."

"The technician who came out to take measurements claimed that he was part of the design team for both this company. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets. After he took the measurements, he promised he would send me a rendering of the design to my email, but I never received this design for a kitchen remodel. I tried to contact them at least once directly, but I could not speak with anyone in person. I left a voicemail that was never returned. Then I contacted Angie's List for assistance."

"I was very impressed by their company. They were several days out in scheduling but the project manager went the same day to get the materials and came back the following day with his mason to finish it up. They explained exactly what they were doing and provided me with a warranty and 24 hour service. The area around the baywindow is where my sons play area is. They made sure everything was properly covered and were pleasant to work which hasn't been my experience with other contractors in the past. I recommended them to my parents as they were looking to get their kitchen floors redone and they a binder of work they have done and services they offer. After going to several bigger contractors in the area my parents decided to go with them. They love how the work is going and their customer service."

"The work went very smoothly.  The architect was thorough and provided good drawings to visualize the project, and was very responsive to our wishes.  The drawings were excellent, and permits were no problem.  The work started on time and the whole job progressed quickly.  The window was the longest lead item, and it as ordered as soon as the drawings were finalized so it would be on site in time.  
The project was finished in less than 8 weeks from signing the contract to completion.  All inspections were successful the first time, and the mess was kept to a minimum.  The house cleaning was unexpected- we didn't realize it was part of the contract.  The price was the lowest bid, and there were no overruns or problems with payments or prices."
