Although the contract and warranty conditions are clearly stated, within the constraints of these circumstances, Jason did an excellent job in working with me to resolve my concerns - keeping my best interests foremost in his actions and recommendations. As such, I want to make things right in giving him credit for OUTSTANDING customer service! "I highly recommend Atlantis. My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful! At first, I was wary of using them because I thought my kitchen remodel wasn?t a big enough job, but Bayram reassured me that he deals with remodels of all sizes, and budgets.  In addition to making my kitchen look beautiful, he was able to customize and build a pantry for me. My son has food allergies; therefore, making use out of a small space is VERY important.  Food storage is essential in my family.  
I guess you can tell I can?t say enough how beautiful my new kitchen is, but besides making the kitchen beautiful, Craig, the contractor, even showed me tips just in case my garbage disposal got clogged. No need to call a plumber for a little fix. He also adjusted the temperature on my water heater. The water was scalding hot and I had no idea how to adjust the temperature. What good is a new kitchen in a newly purchased house if the water is too hot to wash dishes, or take a shower?right?  
In closing, would I use them again? YES!!!! Would I highly recommend them? YES!!! Bayrum wasn?t happy until I was happy. He didn?t consider the job finished until I did. In fact, he came by on the last day of the remodel just to make sure I was satisfied.  He truly understands, and appreciates his customers, which is refreshing these days.
