All the crew members Ben Mott (was very knowledgeable, did the home energy audit, followed up with competitive quotes, which was adjusted to accommodate my request, offered BGE rebates upfront, patient and friendly to attend my calls and answer all the questions), Zam (Crew leader who did the exhaust fan installation), Tun (Crew leader who did an outstanding job to insulate the attic and basement), David (Crew leader who did duct cleaning and Aeroseal) were phenomenal and did an outstanding job. The end result is a day and night difference before and after the work and my BGE bill last month went down by more than $100 which is a huge cost saver. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."
