"Home Systems Appliance Repair did an excellent repair on my 18 year old panel-ready 42 inch Built-In counter depth GE Profile Refrigerator. The original GE tech who looked at the leak in the freezer evaporator a year ago, told me the refrigerator was non repairable because the "vacuum pump" retrofit part it needed was no longer available. After paying his $200 visit fee for a 2 minute consultation, he offered me a discount on a new GE refrigerator to fit which had not been built yet. Fast forward to now, GE does have 42 inch built-in counter depth Monogram side-by-side for $12,000 and $2,000 of Kraftmaid panels. Home Systems Appliance Repair cost me $400 to identify and fix a broken heat transfer tab in the freezer evaporator unit. I saved $15,000 - - not bad for paying Appliance Repair for a 2 hour job. They seriously looked and found the problem. I highly recommend Manny (the tech who did the work), and Home Systems Appliance Repair. Susan"

"Todd went above and beyond. He's very knowledgable with 10+ years experience in dishwasher repair and installation and familar with the smalls details pertaining to each make/brand/company. Trust me the small details makes the biggest difference for installation. I went from using a 2009 LG to 2022 GE model and he made the installation happen and did a superb job. I'm pretty handy myself but installation wasn't easy so I had to hire a professional. He was very responsive from the get go and communication via phone calls and text msgs went smooth. He works with your schedule and made sure installation was done without any issues. He tested the new dishwasher too see if any issues like leaking or other errors and assures that he will help if problems arise. The cost is also very reasonable.
