Contacted me quickly, not long after I completed my project request on Angie’s List. It being the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, they were able to schedule me for the following Wednesday. As it turns out, they had a cancellation and were able to be there on Monday. They analyzed the problem, ordered the part and scheduled a return appointment for Friday. Both appointments were on time, with the repairman contacting me prior to arrival with a call and a text. The text included his picture for security purposes.
