The repairs also werenâ  t rushed but they were still completed in a very timely manner. I initially thought this process would be very stressful but it wasnâ  t. It went exactly as explained and everyone remained very professional the entire time. My items were moved to a storage unit and returned with no issues and there's no way to tell that I had any damage to my home by looking at the final results. The paint job looks great and the carpet installation is an absolute upgrade from what I had before (I love the carpet)!! The full story between now and then is a bit on the long side but to keep it short as possible...They pressed me for the insurance money needed to secure the flooring deposit and after much back and forth with the insurance company I was able to them last August. However, they NEVER rendered payment to the flooring company and I am still left with an unfinished home for me and my children. Not to say my home is unlivable, because it is. But this company took money from me without the completion of services. Two months ago he said he was going to pay the flooring company and get me scheduled for the middle of May...that never happened. The most recent message from the owner Friday the 24th of June, after over two months of silence was that he was going to pay the flooring company last week and has not done so. Well it's been two weeks today and still nothing. Neither myself or the flooring company has not been able to reach anyone at Eagle Environmental."

The full story between now and then is a bit on the long side but to keep it short as possible...They pressed me for the insurance money needed to secure the flooring deposit and after much back and forth with the insurance company I was able to them last August. However, they NEVER rendered payment to the flooring company and I am still left with an unfinished home for me and my children. Not to say my home is unlivable, because it is. But this company took money from me without the completion of services. Two months ago he said he was going to pay the flooring company and get me scheduled for the middle of May...that never happened. The most recent message from the owner Friday the 24th of June, after over two months of silence was that he was going to pay the flooring company last week and has not done so. Well it's been two weeks today and still nothing. Neither myself or the flooring company has not been able to reach anyone at Eagle Environmental."
