The walls required two coats of paint--and they were so organized that they finished the entire project in one day. Besides painting, they filled in nail holes and repaired cracks where trim had pulled away from the walls because I keep the humidity extremely low in my house all year. They taped, had drop cloths and plastic to protect my floors and furniture (which they moved themselves). I could not have asked for a better experience."
