Turns out they installed one of the HVAC systems in my new home last year and from what I can tell did a fantastic job and it works GREAT!! Had them come to check out the two HVAC units in the house and the boiler. Guy that came was nice, professional, and VERY helpful. It still was reasonable enough so I asked the gentleman to come by and do the work. Sergey was prompt, very efficient, methodical, and we could see the attention to detail he gave to his craft. Even though the initial ask was just for cleaning, Sergey showed us the videos and black spots marking mold in our system, so we had him add that work of fumigating to the same visit. Will use again when needed."

"High-end LG dryer is only 5 years old. Our dryer was not generating heat. Had another company look at the dryer - heating element had gone bad. Replacing that resulted in heat, but it still wasn't drying fully - things were coming out just slightly damp. He suggested calling Dryer Vent Wizard to inspect the vent line, suspecting it was clogged. Dryver Vent Wizard came out day after I called them and showed me that only a little bit of air was coming out of the vent outside. Cleaning out the vent resulted in about 4 gallons of dust/lint. Result was a lot more air coming out of the vent after the blockage was removed. He explained that a blocked vent is likely to have caused the heating element to overheat and fail. Full drying test still needs to be done, but it looks like a no-brainer."
