The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."

The crew was vocally appreciative of the help, and since there was no indication of them slacking off, I believe the man was telling the truth and deserved the benefit of the doubt for helping his wife in such a life-saving way.
