We are expert troubleshooters of electrical issues. Our services include (but are not limited to) installing ceiling fans, recessed lights, smoke alarms, and all types of electrical outlets and switches. We specialize in installing whole-house generators, electric car chargers, and smart home devices. Highly trained technicians will repair or replace hazardous aluminum wiring, the whole house rewires, and surge protection for your home. I called this company to replace a broken circuit breaker in the electrical panel. Do not use this company. They charge $79 fee for coming out, first level diagnostic fee of $270 and the total came to $680 to just replace a circuit breaker without a warranty. I called them complaining that they ripped me off and that there should be a warranty for a $680 job. They don’t tell you how much the diagnostic fee is over the phone. I told the tech that never have I been charged that much for a diagnostic fee ever from any contractor. I told them that I would be looking for another electrician and that if they keep ripping off customers they won’t have a successful business. Contractors that are honest, trustworthy and don’t take advantage of their customers will always have loyal customers .

We scheduled a dedicated time for your consultation, which included a $69 Dispatch Fee that was communicated to you prior to scheduling. Additionally, the services rendered included diagnosing an issue with an oven circuit and replacing a circuit breaker, with all pricing approved by you before work commenced. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the warranty. We stand behind our workmanship and provided you with a one-year warranty on the circuit breaker installation. Our technician also outlined what was and was not covered based on the work performed and our recommendations. If you would like to further discuss this matter or provide additional feedback, please feel free to reach out to us directly. Hired to service our Generac Generator we had concerns it wasn’t running properly we paid over $600 for the service. The tech changed the oil, air filter & spark plug. He did not check any gaskets or address our concerns he said it was all normal. Unit was running worse while he was still here & the smell of gas was over powering he said it was all normal & proceeded to sell the maintenance program. We called because the unit is running worse than before he serviced it & were told that because we didn’t sign up for the maintenance program we would be charged full price over $600 for them to come back out. I don’t think that the tech was properly trained to service the unit as he didn’t even check out the unit thoroughly or address our concerns. Poor customer service & follow up. Make it right don’t dismiss the customer. Do not use this company.

They showed up early. They charge a service fee to give an estimate. A little over $70 after taxes. They claim to have a 'by the book' pricing for their services. Those 'book' prices' are a MYSTERY until they show up. They won't give them over the phone. $600 to Install one ceiling fan. I get the racket. Give outrageous estimates. Collect the service fee. They also explained their VIP service. A monthly subscription fee of $10 at my signing a year long contract that would have saved me $100. There are 12 months in a year. Simple math folks. $10 X 12 = $120. New Home Owners... Do Not Hire These Guys.

We do have a Dispatch Charge that gets our highly trained, drug-tested, and background-checked technician out to your home to assess your needs. This correctly associates the cost of dispatching our fully stocked van to the individual customer, whereas other trade companies tend to up their prices at the next customer's bid. Our book prices are the same for every customer, we do not base our prices on a best-case scenario and then increase them as we learn more. We assess first and stand by the price we provide regardless of the time it takes to complete. We could not guarantee a price we gave over the phone without knowledge of your electrical system and an overview of your needs. We simply do not do business that way. In your case, there were other factors that went into the price you were presented with before we started any work. While we are there, we are prepared to do whatever work you approve, you are free to decline. Our VIP Club is presented to every customer, and discount pricing for our members is only one of the benefits, including a discounted Dispatch Fee, we are very proud of all the other feature benefits as well. For instance, VIP Club members are offered many special promotions throughout the year as well as extended warranties and priority scheduling."

The project went very smoothly. Greg and his team were on top of their game. They did what they said they were going to do it, when they were going to do it...at a fair price. By far my most favorite electrical contractor to deal with. Look forward to using them again in the future. I have no need to try another electrical contractor.
