I would not hire this company. I would not recommend this company. I think they did a horrible job. They were late for the appointment they, Had a sliding scale for the price to be charged. Very unprofessional.

He was late for the appointment, was very sketchy on the price to be charged, very unprofessional, not happy with the service carpet does not look any cleaner now then before he cleaned them I would not recommend Victory Cleaning or deluxe cleaning services for any work to be done in my home

I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan was prompt and efficient And very patient was un foreseen circumstances he was faced with which delayed his ability to begin his work. I would absolutely hire him again and will be probably another year.

Did a amazing job my carpets look new and smells amazing definitely will use again

I needed the entire house cleaned minus one bedroom (living room, dining room, rec room, family room , hallway and 2 sofas cleaned.) He quoted me $365.00. There were stains and some pet odors. He got there and said it would be $750.00 after he started cleaning. He did not have a commercial set up. He walked around spraying chemicals in a squirt bottle while the other guy pushed the cleaning machine (a little bit bigger than a vacuum cleaner) and were finished in 55 mins. They did not move any furniture at all. There is still dog hair under all of the furniture. The final bill $2,175.00. I was totally shocked. Thats $1,100.00 per hour per person. Piss poor job. I recieved no business card, no invoice and he said there would be a 4 year warranty. No warranty paperwork at all. I finally got a paid invoice. These guys are complete rip off artists and do a lousy job. They did show up on time though. Do not use this company for anything.

get everything in writing before he starts work. His final charge when he finished was double the ballpark figure he initially presented, which I did not get in writing. He kept talking about a four-year warranty which would provide much cheaper cleans. When I asked for a copy of this warranty, he kept saying he would text it to me. After more than two months of text exchanges, I still have not received the warranty in writing.

Upcharged me saying that his (Ryan?s) product would remove stains in the house and that I needed more than just a regular cleaning. ?Cleaned? the carpet with some generic spray while another guy who wasn?t introduced used some generic carpet cleaning vacuum I could rent for 50 dollars. I let the carpet dry after 2 hours as this joker asked me to. Inspected various portions of the carpet after the fact and they weren?t even damp. Avoid this organization at all cost. No, phone another reliable carpet company. Very unprofessional. Wants the money, but did a poor ass job!!!!!!!! I contacted this company for service. At first, Ryan did not have time to fit me into his busy schedule. However, On Sunday, April 21, 2024, Ryan phoned me and stated that they had time. to clean my carpet the next day. My appt. was between 9:00am-9:30am. He arrived with another gentlemen around 9:00 and had cleaned 3 rooms, 1 hallway, 12 steps and my basement in 40 min.. I told him that was too fast, however, he assured me they did a complete job. My cash app. payment time was 9:41am. I also have the time of arrival in my phone as well. I called him back on 4/24 and told him that I was displeased with his work because the carpet smelled and had not been properly cleaned because he rushed to clean it so he could get to his prior customers on time. Ryan told me that he would check his schedule and get back with me to reclean (I guess he is still checking his schedule because he never called me back). During the cleaning, he never replenished the water tank with fresh water or carpet cleaning solution. how can you allegedly clean that amount of carpet without refilling the tank or emptying the dirty tank. When I spend my money, I expect professional service. I wasted $240 and now have to clean the carpet myself. Angie, this company was listed on your top 10 carpet cleaning services, WHY?? In the future, I will not be utilizing anyone on Angies list.
