"They did a very good job. I've used them twice I believe. I have a scheduled service call. I like the service. The gentleman, or technician, does explain everything and he point out a few things that I might want to look into. Only issue I had was on two occasions, they came late. Not much late, but there's room for improvement there. In their listing, they list out the things they are going to do. I didn't stand over them to make sure it was done but I haven't had any problems. They are supposed to clean the unit and do the tune-up. I'm not sure what that entails. My energy bills are still fairly low. I'm assuming that has something to do with the 6 month service calls they tell you to do as a homeowner maintaining the system. The last time they came, he did bring me a filter. I did have a filter but he switched it out for another filter. No extra charge for that. Just a courtesy from the business. I can't speak negatively other than the late arrival. The price is good. I'm getting a good deal."

Brian talked us through working with our power company to get the system checked and approved and we now get credits from the power company for power we provide to the grid. In addition we are set up to get Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs) payments for providing clean energy. We also got a free Energy Audit which helped locate some problems areas we were able to fix. The system has basically cut our energy costs in half.
