It appears when the door was replace 15 years ago the locks never really lined up right. The replacement locks were are not your local hardware style, much better quality. I was quoted a price which having never used a locksmith before I thought was high, however the quick response, great service, better then average hardware and most of all the locksmith had a great friendly attitude.
