The customer service, and the professionalism is awesome ! They called and came on time as the appointment said , I was notified The tech was on the way ,he came dressed professionally ,in company vehicle with all the correct supplies and tools .He was polite ,knowledgeable ,hard worker awesome listener and awesome craft man .I got all of my door needs corrected finally ! .I am extremely pleased with my tech ,the work done ,prices and this company ,down to the people in office that called me for an estimate/appointment was extremely knowledgeable too ,no one was trying to sell me anything (they were addressing my request only) This company gets 100 stars!! I will keep this companys number to share and use myself !!? I am a very happy customer!

JDL Locksmiths and Doors performed exceptional and professional services. I researched prospective locksmiths and JDL received 5-star ratings from all their clients, not just a few, but multitudes. Mr. Joshua called and committed to come by the next day between 8-10 am and arrived at 8:30. He called in advance of his arrival. After assessing the services required, he indicated his assistant Darwin would arrive within 20 minutes to perform the job, and he did. Darwin performed a door alignment and did some troubleshooting and adjustments to the door lock. I could not be more pleased. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Bravo and kudos to JDL Locksmiths and Doors.

I had a doorframe which was damaged by an animal attack which JD Locksmith and Doors fixed with a dutchman-type repair. They also replaced the weatherstripping, which had also been partially destroyed during the attack. The work was excellently and quickly done, and Darwin was communicative and flexible. The team was efficient and professional, and I would go to them again for future work.
