"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.

I emailed and left a voicemail to see if the estimate was ready. He said that he had emailed it. (I did not receive it) He said he would email it again. Then he left a message saying that he was having some type of computer problem. He finally emailed an estimate on 8/23. After thinking over the cost, I emailed him on 8/25 saying that we accepted the offer. I have yet to hear back from him. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and do not feel comfortable doing business with this company."
